Journalist Rosie Boycott joined Parliamentary Candidate Bridget Fox on the campaign trail this week to show her support for the Liberal Democrat campaign in Islington South and Finsbury.
Ms Boycott, former Editor of both The Independent and the Daily Express, is one of a number of high profile people visiting the seat to back Bridget Fox and the Lib Dems in what looks to be one of the closest races to the polls on May 6th.
Rosie Boycott said:
Bridget Fox is going to be a brilliant Lib Dem MP for Islington South and Finsbury. There is already a Liberal Democrat council which has done a wonderful job greening the borough and encouraging local food growing. Bridget is passionate about doing the right for her community and carrying on the great work the council has begun"
Ms Fox needs a less than 1% swing after losing out to the Labour MP by just 484 votes in 2005.
