Local Lib Dem campaigner Laura Willoughby has succeeded in getting the 141 and 341 buses to stop at the new bus stop in Green Lanes.
They campaigned to get the concession from Transport for London who had put in a new stop for the 393 but had not allowed other buses to stop there. Local residents brought the matter to Laura's attention and they successfully petitioned TfL for change.
From April 2nd all three buses will be using the stop and TfL have also agreed to make the bus stop permanent and are putting in a new shelter for bus users.
Laura said "Transport for London do not have the best reputation for communication and consultation with the public. We are pleased they have listened to residents and implemented a common sense change."
